What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Coach - Dance position at Mount Mercy University?
Position Summary
Mount Mercy is currently accepting applications for the position of a full-time, 12-month, Head Dance Coach.
Primary responsibility is to provide leadership in the dance program. The ideal candidate must be a dynamic leader who has experience coaching high school or collegiate dance and proven ability to recruit high quality student-athletes who will compete at an NAIA championship level.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, however candidates with extensive and successful experience competing or coaching dance and an ability to demonstrate a commitment to high academic standards will be considered.
