Looking for a Body Shop Manager.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of DRP insurance requirements
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
Strong knowledge of proper repair and paint procedures
Prepare estimates and supplements in a timely manner
Monitor process and work with staff to ensure SOP’s are adhered to
Ability to provide supportive documents for estimates - photographs, completing forms, utilizing proper parts, and documenting proper repair procedures in a timely manner
Collaborate with team during daily production meetings
Perform a quality inspections throughout repair process and upon completion
Maintain a professional working relationship with all team members and effectively communicate with others
Perform other duties as assigned
I-CAR and ASE certifications welcomed!
