Position : Lead Help Desk Technician
Reports To : Director of Technology
FLSA Classification : Non-Exempt

Responsibilities :
- To support the vision, mission, and guiding principles of the School.
- Attend and participate in training opportunities and seminars relevant to this position.
- Monitor the helpdesk and prioritize responses and resource requests in real-time.
- Basic troubleshooting of hardware, software applications, servers, networking and telephone systems.
- Escalate problems to the appropriate IT staff member when necessary.
- Lead in collaborating teacher training with divisions based on the division principal priority.
- Manage users and security and data integrity settings in the Veracross database.
- Prepare documents for employee onboarding and participate in their training.
- Lead collection of devices and account changes for departing employees.
- Monitor inventory levels for key equipment and facilitate orders to maintain device readiness.
- Manage Google Workspace users and applications.
- Setup and move equipment for users including computers and peripherals.
- Monitor and manage Chromebook inventory with a knowledge for including basic repairs.
- Manage Access control for students and staff.
- Assist with other projects, tasks, or duties as assigned by the Director of IT.
