EXECUTIVE SUMMARY :
- The grounds position typically involves maintaining the all grounds of the MTPCSD, including landscaping, mowing, and operating equipment : Landscaping : Planting, weeding, and spreading mulch or other materials
Mowing : Cutting grass, edging, and watering lawns
Equipment operation : Driving and maintaining vehicles and equipment like mowers, tractors, and trucks
Snow removal : Clearing snow and ice from walkways and parking lots
Minor repairs : Fixing grounds equipment and performing minor repairs to buildings
Record keeping : Maintaining records of work orders, equipment maintenance.
Safety : Ensuring safety and following safety precautions

The groundskeeper will be evaluated by the Buildings Director, at least annually in accordance with law, board policy, and the preceding job description.
