Job Description:

The Director of Youth Services plays a pivotal role in empowering at-risk youth and their families by facilitating lasting connections that foster success throughout their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of clinicians, serving as the primary point of contact for referral agencies and providing expert clinical support to individuals and families.
• Develop and implement support networks to help clients overcome obstacles and identify strengths.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human services or a related field.
• Active NH licensure (LMFT, LCMHC, LSW, etc.) - license eligible candidates will be considered if completed within 3 months of starting.
• Valid driver's license with insured transportation.
