What are the responsibilities and job description for the Support Educator position at Mount Prospect Academy?
Responsibilities
- Assist educators and supervise students during school hours.
- Provide supported instruction and assessment to students as outlined/assigned by the teacher.
- Participate in class activities, including physical education and art.
- Assist with wake-up duties to the assigned campus dormitory.
- Help with behavioral interventions within the classroom as needed.
- Complete substitute lessons as assigned by the teacher or Education Program Coordinator.
- Maintain accurate documentation as assigned by the Program Manager.
