As a Clinician / Therapist at Vermont Permanency Initiative (VPI), you will provide individualized, youth-guided, trauma-informed, and strength-based clinical services and supports. Your responsibilities will include individual, family, and group counseling, case management, and case consultation and collaboration. You will maintain clinical records, participate in treatment and discharge planning, and collaborate with consulting psychiatrists on medication management. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with VPI's administrative structure and policies, and perform other job-related activities as requested.

Qualifications :
- Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field license eligible
- Valid driver's license and 21 years of age
- Satisfactory completion of background and pre-employment check
