Job Description
A full-time Psychologist position is available at the Center for Intensive Treatment of Personality Disorders (CITPD) at the Department of Psychiatry of Mount Sinai Morningside / Harlem Health Center.
The position entails academic appointment with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychological assessment of patients with complex personality psychopathology
- Provide specialized, intensive, multidimensional / multivariable treatment based on intensive psychodynamic therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mentalization-based therapy for patients with severe and complex personality disorders and personality-related problems, including :
intensive individual psychotherapy
Qualifications
Intensive psychodynamic therapy
Compensation range from 120K to 140K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)
