Job Summary
This is an entry-level Human Resources role that involves reviewing new employee packets for accuracy and completeness, data entry, and providing payroll with necessary documentation. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, proficiency in Lawson or related systems, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify new employee information for accuracy and completeness
- Enter new hire data into our system, ensuring attention to detail to reduce errors
- Notify relevant personnel of discrepancies or follow-up actions
- Maintain incoming evaluations and prepare them for Lawson system entry
- Provide Payroll Dept. with evaluation copies as needed
- Enter licenses, certifications, and other required documents for completion of the employee's evaluation process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Proficiency in Lawson or related systems preferred
- Excellent customer service skills required
- MS Office experience required
