Join Our IT Team as a Workday System Analyst!

Are you ready to revolutionize our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems? At Mount Sinai Medical Center, we are going to leverage cutting-edge Workday technology to streamline and automate our processes across finance, HR, manufacturing, supply chain, services, procurement, and more. Position Responsibilities

  • Optimize IT Operational Systems : Support and enhance IT operational systems, service management tools, and contract management systems.
  • Innovate Workflows : Design and support efficient workflows for our Service Desk and internal operations.
  • Cultivate a Positive Attitude : Embrace feedback, appreciate colleagues and customers, and maintain a consistently positive demeanor.
  • Champion Teamwork : Share knowledge, collaborate to solve issues, and anticipate the needs of your team.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service : Take ownership of tasks, ensure accuracy, meet deadlines, and excel in customer communication.
  • Manage Service Levels : Monitor HEAT tickets, document activities, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Enhance Workflows :  Perform and facilitate workflow analysis and adoption under senior team guidance.
  • Execute Rigorous Testing : Participate in system testing, document errors, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Support Upgrades and Optimizations : Assist end-users during system upgrades and optimization activities.
  • Drive Projects Forward : Execute project tasks within deadlines, guided by senior team members.
  • Resolve Issues Efficiently : Utilize your system knowledge to address routine issues.
  • L ead and Collaborate : Engage in team meetings, provide input, and support your team as a resource.
  • Expand Your Knowledge : Stay updated on application knowledge and utilize resources to address issues effectively.
  • Participate in Downtime Processes : Test and support downtime processes, ensuring smooth execution
  • Train and Support Users : Contribute to the development of training content and support formal training sessions.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3-4 years experience with Workday
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • On-Site work required
