The Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for providing timely, caring, appropriate, and skilled physical therapy intervention by providing treatment and assessing the patient’s response to treatment for patients of all ages. The physical therapist assistant, working as a member of the interdisciplinary team collaborates and coordinates treatment plan and goals with other disciplines including nurses, physicians, et al. The Physical Therapist Assistant works under the direction of the physical therapist.

- Must complete in-house orientation program
- Graduate of an accredited University with a B.A or Associates degree in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA.
- Holds current license and\or registration in the state (as Applicable).

- Speaks, reads and writes English
- Good Communication skills.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize.
License/Certifications
- New York State License (Registration) as a Physical Therapist Assistant or eligible for the same.
