Compensation

The Scheduling Registrar assists in the department’s objectives in maximizing reimbursement for services provided and ensuring timely cash flow. The facilitate patient/families through the registration/payment process and assist those with financial hardship in the most cost effective means possible.
Education Required
- Must complete in-house orientation program
- High School Diploma.
Experience And Skills
- Speaks, reads and writes English
- Knowledge of, and experience with, managed care and third party insurance coverage and requirements.
- Good organizational, planning and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding preferred.
- Good written, oral and interpersonal skills.
License/Certifications
