Compensation

The Physical Therapy Aide is responsible for providing timely, caring, and appropriate care and treatment under the direction of Physical and Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants, to patients of all ages. The Physical Therapy Aide working under the direction of the Physical Therapist Assistant, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist is a part of the interdisciplinary treatment teams.
Education Required
- Must complete in-house orientation program
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience And Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Speaks, reads and writes English
- Experience as a Nurse Aide/Therapy Aide preferred.
License/Certifications

Working Conditions
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) worn
- Prolonged standing and walking.
- Moving in multiple positions (sitting, squatting, reaching).
- Able to lift, move, and assist patients with physical activities.
