Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide front line services directly to students and parents
- Handle requests for information/assistance regarding registration, financial aid, billing, and payments
- Assist students and families with federal and state financial aid resources
- File Maintenance
- Assist students with account balances, refunds, etc., with a high degree of accuracy
- Keep informed on processing schedules in the Conlan Center
- Maintain an awareness of on campus activities
- Understands what services are provided by other offices on campus and direct questions to other areas when appropriate
- Work with other SAS Student Employees to maintain appropriate staff rotation schedule
- Currently enrolled student at Mount St. Joseph University
- Work Study eligibility required
- Ability to work on own initiative, independently, and to deadlines
- Well organized, punctual, and reliable
- The ability to communicate sensitively and tactfully, both orally and in writing, with individuals at all levels within the University
- Experience in areas indicated above plus other qualifications and requirements necessary for completion of duties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
