Job Summary:
The Center Operations Assistant will provide operational support to the Blue Peak Center. This includes managing daily functions, such as staff and student worker supervision, event planning, budget management, and correspondence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily functions, including staff and student worker supervision, event planning, budget management, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with other Mount departments to support the growth of the Blue Peak Center.
- Connect with possible referrers in the community and coordinate events to increase the center's presence.
- Support staff scheduling, identify coverage when substitutes are needed, and assist with client intake sessions.
- Coordinate training and onboarding schedules for new hires.
- Oversee credentialing requirements for staff and provide notices when credentials are set to expire.
- Requisition work orders for repairs and resolve routine questions and problems for staff members and student workers.
