What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Camp Support Counselor position at Mount Tom Day Camp?
Counselors work directly with our neurodivergent campers to help them learn new skills, foster and maintain friendships, understand and follow camp routines, and encourage them to embrace new challenges. Senior Counselors serve as the group leader's right hand, supporting fellow staff members in creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all campers.
