Duties
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, including maintaining records in QuickBooks.
- Support the medical receptionist duties, including patient check-in and managing medical records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Handle various administrative tasks as assigned, contributing to overall office efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office environment, preferably as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in customer support or medical receptionist roles is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
