Assistant Principal / Athletic Director

Overview: We are seeking a collaborative and team-oriented leader with exceptional communication skills and a passion for student success. This individual will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, manage student behavior, and foster a positive school culture with a deep understanding of athletic program management and strategies to engage students. The ideal candidate should be organized, flexible, and committed to meeting the needs of all students while promoting the athletic department.Responsibilities: Provide educational leadership and support to students, teachers, and staffOversee student discipline and promote a positive school cultureSupervise and evaluate staff members and support staffImplement current school reform initiativesExhibit strong leadership and organizational skills with an emphasis on scheduling, supervision, and program developmentManage all athletic programs for the districtPromote athletic sponsorships and partnershipsOversee all athletic financials for the districtSupport student-athletes in their academic and athletic growthOversee all coaching professional developmentOversee all student and coaching compliance with the Arkansas Activities AssociationQualifications: Bachelors degree in Education or related field Arkansas teaching license with Building Level Administration Experience at the secondary level is preferredContract Terms: Position: Mt.
