Compensation:
Commensurate with experience ($40-$55/hr.)

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain water treatment facilities in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Utilize SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems to monitor and control water treatment processes effectively.
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical and electrical equipment related to water treatment processes.
- Input and track maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, utilizing both mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Monitor and optimize water treatment processes to ensure efficient operations and high-quality water output.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to plant operations, maintenance activities, and water quality parameters.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Participate in training programs and stay updated with advancements in water treatment technology and regulations.
Requirements:
- Colorado Class B Water Treatment Operator certification (or equivalent).
- Strong mechanical and electrical background, with demonstrated experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to water treatment processes.
- Experience using SCADA systems for process monitoring and control.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities.
- Excellent understanding of water chemistry, filtration systems, and disinfection methods.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and environmental stewardship.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and be on-call as needed.
