Generator Service Technician
Mountain Home Services is currently seeking a Generator Service Technician to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Generator Service Technicians perform annual preventative maintenance (PM) services on customer generators which include but are not limited to oil changes, battery maintenance, valve adjustments and diagnosing and repairing any generators that may not be operating.

Qualifications
Do I have What it Takes?
- Mechanical aptitude
- 1 years' experience in mechanical related job duties (oil changes, air filter changes, small engine repair or other similar responsibilities
- Ability to read one-line diagrams or schematics
- Must be self-motivated to remain on schedule
- Integrity and the ability to promote a positive company image
- Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks daily
- Results driven in a high-energy environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
- Must have a clean criminal background and drug screen
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Will become a factory trained technician at Generac training facility

Responsibilities
What Will I do?
- Gather tools and supplies to be used at work site
- Drive to work sites via company vehicle
- Perform annual service, diagnostic and warranty repairs on generators
- Preventative maintenance service includes oil changes, battery maintenance, valve adjustments and any additional troubleshooting as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment and keeps supplies and parts in order
- Clean work area, machines, tools, equipment and dispose of excess materials, and refuse
- Technicians will be expected to keep their van clean and organized.
