Experience
Minimum of five years of related experience in the retail industry within a corporate real estate environment
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent Project / construction management work experience

Licenses, Certificates, Registrations
CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or PMP (Project Management Professional)
certification is favorable.
Computer/Office Equipment Skills
Intermediate to Advanced skills in the following: Adding machine/10-Key, computer operating skills (windows navigation, mouse/keyboard functionality), Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite. Must have the ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute. Cad and Architectural software abilities a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, IWMS workflow systems, and the willingness to adopt and learn new applications quickly. CAD and Architectural software abilities a plus.

Must have the ability to read, understand and carry out instructions in written and oral form.

- Creates visibility into project queue
- Drives Successful Project Delivery
- Facilitates Project Portfolio Optimization
- Administers kick-off, Phase-gating, Mid Project Reviews, and Lead Project Postmortems
- Tracks progress of projects against goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Generates reports and dashboards on status
- Contributes to defining project requirements, deadlines, goals, and objectives
- Establishes project work plans and schedules
- Leads design team, architects, engineers, contractors and various external vendors to ensure they deliver a product that is in line with our image and branding Guide Portfolio Prioritization Decisions
- Helps Develop Business case for projects
- Conducts Business Case Realization & BvA Audits
- Understands and reads drawings and blueprints to ensure the operational needs, technology and functionality are captured while incorporating the important elements of image and branding design that are unique to the credit union
- Responsibility for working closely with management to establish broad plans that contribute to development and implementation of policies that affect several functional areas
- Reviews plans and drawings with core teams
- Reconcile and usher projects to closed status
- Occasional travel as required
- Reduces incremental project funding
- Reduces controllable project failures
- Provides on-time, on-schedule, and on-scope project delivery
