Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the Facilities Team in providing quality and professional mail room and shuttle services, including efficiently receiving, preparing, and delivering mail on behalf of Mountain America and its tenants; maintaining inventory of admin room supplies; and driving the corporate shuttle. Responsible and accountable for decisions made or actions taken without involvement of supervisor.

SCHEDULE
Full Time
To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.
- Serves walk-in customers efficiently.
- Accepts, sorts and documents all incoming mail and packages.
- Manages and logs in all FedEx and UPS incoming and outgoing packages.
- Receives branch bags sort, fills and processes for courier delivery.
- Delivers mail throughout the corporate buildings.
- Prepares all outgoing mail and packages in time for daily pick up.
- Processes returned mail.
- Fulfills all branch email requests for interoffice and other items needed.
- Keeps mail room and dock delivery area clean and organized.
- Maintains proficiency in 3rd party software systems for shipping, returned mail, etc.
- Maintains and cleans equipment.
- Fulfills orders from MAC shopper and maintains inventory for MAC shopper items (name tags, name plates, etc.).
- Assembles and prepares business kits for mailing.
- Supports branch and corporate teams with questions, tracking, etc.
- Drives the corporate shuttle, maintaining timely, efficient and personable service.
- Ensures that assigned vehicles are clean and fueled.
- Supports cafeteria services in food plating/prep and delivery as needed.
- Monitors and maintains inventory of corporate admin room supplies.
- Monitors corporate shred bins and replaces containers as needed.
- Cross trains on Mail Room Team Lead’s specific operational responsibilities.
- Works assigned schedule which may alternate between early/late shifts and different locations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Equivalent to a high school education.
Two years of clerical or customer service experience required.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Food handler’s permit valid for Salt Lake County, UT (may be acquired upon hire).
COMPUTER/OFFICE EQUIPMENT SKILLS
Intermediate skills with Microsoft, including Outlook, Word and Excel, and ability to learn additional software.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Has no supervisory/managerial responsibilities.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must have the ability to read, understand and carry out instructions in written and oral form.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Basic clerical skills, including some filing and organizing with proven ability to be detail oriented and accurate.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS
Requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, using hands to handle or feel, reaching with hands and arms, talks and hears. Occasionally climbs, kneels or crawls.
VISION REQUIREMENTS
Closer vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)
Distant vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more)
WEIGHT LIFTED OR FORCE EXERTED
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds consistently, up to 50 pounds occasionally, and team lift up to 100 pounds occasionally. Must occasionally push or pull carts exceeding 100 pounds.

There are no unusual environmental factors.

Moderate noise (business office with computers and printers; mail folders, sorters and scanners; light traffic).
