Job Summary
Assist in the supervision of MSRs to process teller transactions and balance accounts, ensure quality service while achieving sales and quality objectives. Maintain compliance with credit union operational policies and procedures to meet the needs of the members.

Full Time; Monday - Friday 8 : 45am - 6 : 15pm; Rotating Saturdays 8 : 45am - 2 : 15pm

Experience
At least two years of branch or related experience
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Licenses, Certificates, Registrations, Trainings
MAU Financials
Computer / Office Equipment Skills
Managerial Responsibility
Has supervisory responsibilities that are usually partial or part time, and / or restricted to assigning work and supervising the efforts. Trains and coaches members within their team. Much of the time is spent performing work of the type supervised. May assist in giving input on candidates for employment, performance evaluations and salary reviews.
Other Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of credit union policies, procedures and regulations with ability to sell the services of the credit union. Ability to supervise and direct the work of others to give quality service. Previous MSR experience. Ability to perform mathematical calculations. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
