Job DetailsJob Location : Brian Head Resort - BRIAN HEAD, UTPosition Type : SeasonalSalary Range : $15.00 - $18.00 HourlyJob Shift : DayDescriptionSummary : Lift Operations Office Administrators work closely with lift operators and lift operations manager to coordinate day-to-day operations including scheduling, time approval, paperwork, hiring, etc.Duties & Responsibilities :
- Create the schedule for the Lift Operations Team
- Conduct hiring processes for the Lift Operations Team including, but not limited to, emailing applicants, scheduling interviews, sending offer letters, and initiating onboarding
- Approve time cards and time change requests as needed
- Answer phone calls and answer inquiries from other departments or guests
- Answer radio calls to coordinate communication between lift operators and management
- Email department updates to the appropriate individuals
- Perform other tasks as assignedQualifications
- Must have basic computer knowledge (i.e. Google Workspace, Microsoft)
- Must be willing to learn and able to learn quickly
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be fast and efficient
- Must be organized
- Must work well with othersPosition Type and Expected Work Hours
- Seasonal, full-time
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
