Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform all daily janitorial duties, including trash disposal, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry.
Ensure the cleanliness of common and employee spaces, including: restrooms, break rooms, and locker rooms.
Communicate effectively with the Facilities Manager regarding any emergencies or issues that arise.
Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored after use, reporting any low inventory.
Assist in the Parking Department, or with other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of janitorial safety processes and procedures.
Occasionally lift, push or pull 50 lbs. individually or with assistance.
Knowledge of common chemicals and their nature, hazards, safety, and health issues.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and co-workers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Available to work on weekends and holidays.
