Description
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent at Mountain View Lodge in Parowan to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role involves checking guests in and out, handling reservations, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor

Check-in and check-out guests efficiently using the hotel’s reservation system

Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries

Provide information about the hotel, services, and local attractions
-
Handle guest requests, special needs, and complaints with care and urgency

Process payments and ensure accurate billing
-
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness

Maintain the front desk area in a clean and orderly fashion

Follow hotel policies, procedures, and security protocols

Record and report any unusual activity or incidents

Clean and maintain public areas
-
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft, and reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and attitude

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Bilingual abilities are a plus

Salary : $14 - $15
