We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team at Mountain View Lodge in Parowan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment for our guests. Housekeepers play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional cleanliness and service

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards

• Replace linens, towels, and guest supplies

• Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors

• Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper

• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor

• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally

• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies

• Ensure lost and found items are reported and handled properly

• Follow daily cleaning schedule and complete assigned rooms within timeframe

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication and time management skills

• Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely

• Flexible schedule (availability to work weekends and holidays)
