Description
Summary:
Maintain a safe, courteous loading and unloading environment. Organize guests in line to most efficiently load and unload chairlifts. Check Resort guests for proper lift access.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be attentive at load and unload terminals.
- Perform the expected amount of snow work (sweep chairs, remove snow from terminals).
- Actively and efficiently organize lift lines and check guests’ lift tickets.
- Display respect for all employees and guests at all times.
- Be familiar with motor rooms and their operation.
- Be familiar with the layout of the resort to give sufficient directions.
- Know how to perform ladder evacuations.
- Complete all paperwork efficiently and legibly.
- Adhere to all skiing policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a team player.
- Great attitude, positive mindset, and have the ability to adapt to changes in the environment.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in extreme outdoor conditions for long periods of time.

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
