Description
(PT/FT Winter Seasonal Position) As a Remote Call Center Representative you will take calls and emails from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customer needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems. Be knowledgeable of Arizona Snowbowl. They will provide information on lift tickets, rentals, season pass needs, lesson programs, hours of operations, and any other information regarding the ski resort, all while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Essential Functions:

Take guest calls, answer emails and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns

Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site, our products and services

Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions

Knowledge of Arizona Snowbowl facilities and services. A thorough understanding of Snowbowl’s tickets, season passes, promotions, and discounts is expected

Able to answer emails professionally

Familiarity with computers, software and phone systems.

Familiarity and compliance with department policies.

Providing outstanding customer service, teamwork, and ability to collaborate with others daily

Utilize excellent written and verbal communication to communicate with guests.

Outstanding work ethic and attendance; willingness to work holidays and weekends

Provide feedback to supervisors on processes and guest interactions as necessary.

Efficiently leverage the training, technology, resources, knowledge bases, policies, process and other team members (supervisors) that's at their disposal with dexterity and flexibility to address the reason for customer calls.

High School Degree or equivalent

Previous experience in a customer support role
