Purpose:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our growing team as a CRM Specialist / Pharmacy Technician.
The CRM Specialist / Pharmacy Technician plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient communication with our patients. By monitoring and managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, this role ensures the patient experience is smooth, personalized, and error-free.
Experience/Education:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel, Salesforce) is preferred.
- Technical knowledge or marketing/automation experience is a plus.
· Experience with IT trouble shooting and set up
· Pharmacy Technician license or willingness to get one
· CRM Experience
· Ensure HIPPA compliance and patient confidentiality
· Outgoing, warm, personable, professional demeanor and willingness to help wherever needed
Essential Functions:
- Monitor and manage our CRM platform daily to ensure all systems and workflows are functioning properly.
- Answer patient inquiries via SMS in a professional and timely manner, ensuring patient needs are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any automation issues on the backend of the CRM.
- Identify and address potential gaps in workflows, communicating with your supervisor for improvements to enhance the patient experience.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure a smooth and integrated communication process.
- Assist in patient segmentation and data organization to improve engagement and communication strategies.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve CRM functionality and patient communication.
- Perform all tasks in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
· Maintain excellent communication with Operations Supervisor about workflow, tasks, and daily needs
· Provide administrative support to staff as needed
· Stay busy at all times
· Support tasks such as: assembling shipping boxes, labeling bags, filling prescriptions, etc.
· Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to sit/stand for up to 10 hours.
· Must be able to lift and push or pull up to 50lbs.
Other skills and abilities include:
· Have typing skills of at least 30 wpm.
· Pass a drug test.
· Maintain information confidentiality
· Offer flexibility in work hour scheduling.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and problem-solve efficiently.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and patient communication best practices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Hours:
Approximately 40 hours per week. It is expected that all staff stay until all tasks for the day are complete.
