Maintenance Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring that our facilities remain in excellent condition and operate smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance tasks, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment.
• Fabricate and install components as needed to improve functionality.
• Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently.
• Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and functionalities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Use an Ohmmeter for electrical testing to ensure safety and compliance.
• Conduct residential painting tasks as required, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, including the use of logic controllers.
• Ability to fabricate parts or components as necessary for repairs.
• Leadership skills with experience in supervising maintenance staff or projects preferred.
• Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with using tools such as an Ohmmeter for testing electrical systems.
• Experience in residential painting is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
