Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment.
- Fabricate and install components as needed to improve functionality.
- Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently.
- Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and functionalities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Use an Ohmmeter for electrical testing to ensure safety and compliance.
- Conduct residential painting tasks as required, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including the use of logic controllers.
- Ability to fabricate parts or components as necessary for repairs.
- Leadership skills with experience in supervising maintenance staff or projects preferred.
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with using tools such as an Ohmmeter for testing electrical systems.
- Experience in residential painting is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
