We are seeking an experienced, sales-driven Branch Manager to lead our operations in Abilene, Texas. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing daily branch functions, and delivering high-quality service to clients. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in crane or construction operations, and a mindset for business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Abilene branch in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary contact for client communication, project needs, and service coordination.
- Develop and implement local sales strategies to increase market share in Texas and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams (General Construction, Industrial, Wind) to identify and support new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a high-performance local team focused on profitability and growth.
- Ensure day-to-day operations comply with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee budgeting, P&L performance, and monthly reporting for the branch.
- Ensure timely invoice collection (within 90 days) and track branch financial performance.
- Optimize fleet usage and coordinate effectively with the operations team.
- Provide strategic insights for company-wide planning based on local performance and trends.
- Travel as needed to support clients and oversee regional operations.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales leadership role within crane operations, construction or a related industry.
- Proven track record in sales growth and client management.
- Strong strategic planning and business development abilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Operational management and logistics experience.
- Knowledge of crane equipment and services.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
- Comfortable with technology: email, reporting software, virtual meeting platforms
