We are seeking an experienced, sales-driven Branch Manager to lead our operations in Abilene, Texas. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing daily branch functions, and delivering high-quality service to clients. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in crane or construction operations, and a mindset for business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Abilene branch in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for client communication, project needs, and service coordination.
  • Develop and implement local sales strategies to increase market share in Texas and surrounding areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (General Construction, Industrial, Wind) to identify and support new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a high-performance local team focused on profitability and growth.
  • Ensure day-to-day operations comply with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee budgeting, P&L performance, and monthly reporting for the branch.
  • Ensure timely invoice collection (within 90 days) and track branch financial performance.
  • Optimize fleet usage and coordinate effectively with the operations team.
  • Provide strategic insights for company-wide planning based on local performance and trends.
  • Travel as needed to support clients and oversee regional operations.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales leadership role within crane operations, construction or a related industry.
  • Proven track record in sales growth and client management.
  • Strong strategic planning and business development abilities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Operational management and logistics experience.
  • Knowledge of crane equipment and services.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Comfortable with technology: email, reporting software, virtual meeting platforms

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
