Guest Experience Ambassador – Mountain Creek

Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants and lodge.
How the Guest Experience Ambassador works with the Team:
As the first point of contact with guest arrivals, the Guest Experience Ambassador will provide information that assists guests with an unforgettable experience at the resort. The Ambassador will assist with many facets of the guest experience to include, ride attendant, parking, encoding ticket purchases, validating passes at lifts, locker rentals, and cleanliness of resort grounds.
Team Member Responsibilities:
- Be an accurate and reliable source of information for our Guests
- Assist with the guest arrival including parking and accessing amenities, scan online ticket purchases and encode media for access to rentals, tickets, etc
- Dispatching ride attractions
- Validate tickets, cards, passes at entry points/lift bases
- Administer First Aid care and CPR in aquatic and non-aquatic positions when necessary, in accordance to Ellis & Associates ILTP License
- Assist guests with rental of lockers
- Acknowledging and advocating for our guests needs as it pertains to their experience with the resort
- Enforce and follow safety procedures for the team and our guests
- Focus on resort cleanliness and appearance standards including, but not limited to emptying waste containers, sanitization of touch points, and garbage removal from resort grounds.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
Team Member Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and a commitment to great service
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be 16 or older
- Prior customer service or teaching experience an asset
- Ability to work outdoors in the ever-changing seasonal climate of NJ
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holiday
