Barista / Bartender / Server TRAINING, flex schedule, some housing assistance!

Overview
We are seeking friendly, dependable team members interested in training and growth opportunities! Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for making and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Other duties include performing server, food runner, and cashier functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to MFG recipes.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, including polishing glassware.
• Enter customer orders and collect payments accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs.
• Assist with food service as needed, ensuring compliance with food handling regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines within the café environment.

Skills

• Training provided, but experience in the food industry, preferably in a bartending or café setting.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage mixing techniques is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food handling practices to ensure safe service.
