Work location: on-site
Schedule: full-time (8hr shift - 40hrs/week)
Duties and Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assist with Fishing and Sporting Good products and recommendations
- Provide product knowledge, promote, and sell home décor items, recommending complementary products
- Set up, maintain, and organize attractive product displays that align with promotions and seasonal trends
- Process transactions accurately, handle special order requests, and assist with receiving and stocking merchandise
- Assist in loading/unloading merchandise and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe department
- Stay updated on industry trends in fishing and sporting goods
Skills and Qualifications
- Must be able to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must have ability to lift up to 56lbs
- Must have ability to use a ladder
- Ability to use provided computer, programs, and technology-based equipment when needed
- Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced, confined environment while maintaining focus and efficiency
- Ability to multi-task
Experience
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Fishing and Sporting Goods related experience: 1 year (preferred)
