Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Key Holder to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store and Assistant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. You will play a crucial role in managing staff, opening and closing the store, and store processes while fostering a positive shopping environment.
Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Assist in training and developing staff to enhance their skills in retail sales, inventory management, and customer engagement.
- Manage daily store operations including cash register functions, payroll processing, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement strategies for increasing sales and improving store performance.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in visual merchandising efforts to create an appealing shopping environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or store management is preferred.
- Proven skills in supervising staff and managing a team effectively.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic financial reporting.
- Experience in training development to enhance team performance is a plus.
- Ability to analyze sales data for informed decision-making regarding inventory purchases.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
