We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and conducting product demos.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and inventory levels to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to perform cash handling duties accurately and responsibly.
- Basic understanding of retail math to assist with inventory management.
