Certificates and License:
Active Tennessee license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
Prefer two years of outpatient clinical experience.
Essential Functions
- Interviews patients to determine medical problem or condition, assessment includes obtaining vital signs and list of current medications.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as a member of the interdisciplinary team to insure continuity of patient care in teaching, education, follow up orders for medications and treatment. CLIA waived lab testing, medication administration, telephone triage.
