Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations Department as a Driver Support and Logistics Coordinator. Over the course of a 90-day training period, you will learn how to oversee a fleet of drivers, coordinate their day-to-day activities, and ensure efficient operations. This role offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and the chance to develop into a key contributor within our organization. No prior experience is necessary but any former exposure to logistics would be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor driver activity using various computer applications
- Handle a high volume of phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Identify capacity for customers and seek opportunities to take on additional work
- Communicate updates to customers through email and web platforms
- Maintain organized records and respond swiftly to unexpected challenges

- Prior office experience with proven organizational and communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with follow-through on assigned objectives
- Flexible schedule and a willingness to embrace rotating on-call responsibilities after the initial 90-day training period
