Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Expediter to join our dynamic team.
As an expediter, you will be ensuring that our team can provide the best service possible. You will be assisting with the preparation of our house made desserts, salads and bread to be served to our guests by the dinning hosts. You will also be responsible for providing whatever they may need during the shift to ensure the best Guest experience possible, including setting up our server line for a successful shift.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and ensure all dishes are presented according to our standards.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen staff, servers, and management to deliver orders promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo station.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team regarding any special requests or modifications to orders.
- Uphold food safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by engaging with the team in a friendly and professional manner.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a hospitality or banquet setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food service procedures and customer service principles.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
