Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to work directly with our clients, assisting with daily living activities and providing emotional support as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with bathing, eating, administering medications, hygiene, and grooming
- Participate in planning and provision of support services, including day habilitation and residential habilitation
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and ensure corporate compliance
- Provide guidance, emotional support, and crisis intervention as needed
- Develop meaningful activities and social experiences for clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience and training desired but not necessary
- Flexibility, good communication skills, and ability to work with people
