About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team at Mountain Lake Services. As a member of our residential support staff, you will work directly with individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities, assisting them with various daily living activities such as bathing, eating, administering medications, hygiene, and grooming.
Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Develop and implement individualized plans to promote independence and community participation
- Collaborate with other professionals, including therapists and medical providers, to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
