Our organization is now seeking a new Executive Director to lead us into our next chapter of growth.
The Executive Director (ED) will provide visionary leadership and operational oversight to ensure the continued success and growth of Mountain Lake Services. The ED will work closely with the people supported, the Board of Directors, staff, community partners, and stakeholders to implement the organization’s mission and strategic goals. This role will be key in maintaining high-quality services, steering our dedicated teams, and ensuring the financial viability of the organization.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in human services, health care, business or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in the nonprofit sector, with a preference for experience in services related to developmental disabilities or other health care services in New York State. OPWDD experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nonprofit management, strong fiscal management and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of stakeholders, including staff, Board members, and community partners.
