Job Type: Fulltime, 40 hours

We are offering a multitude of Assistant Manager positions throughout the Essex County, NY area.

Actively participate in the development of person-centered services as well as provide support and oversight on individual goal progress and safety plans to ensure their implementation.
Work closely with the Manager to provide positive leadership and training to the program team members to achieve the goals and objectives identified for the program.
Play a key role in the development of person-centered supports and services for all.
Requirements: Associate's Degree in the Human Services Field. At least one year of experience working in a Human Service Field delivering services.
High School Diploma with 2.5 years of experience working in a Human Service Field delivering services may be considered in lieu of an Associate’s Degree.
