What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Advocate position at Mountain Lake Services?
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Participate in the planning and provision of all support services, including day habilitation, residential habilitation, at-home residential habilitation, job coaching, and respite.
- Ensure corporate compliance and accurate documentation of services provided.
- Maintain daily and monthly progress notes in accordance with service requirements.
Additional Responsibilities for Awake Night DSP:
- Check all areas of residence on a regular basis throughout the night.
- Assist awake residents with any concerns, such as illness or emotional needs.
- Complete necessary filing, paperwork, and assigned household duties, including laundry, deep cleaning, and dusting.
