About the Role:
- Provide direct support to individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, eating, administering medications, hygiene, and grooming.
- Assist individuals in participating in day habilitation, residential habilitation, at-home residential habilitation, job coaching, and respite services.
- Ensure corporate compliance and accurate documentation of services provided.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support people's personal outcomes.
- Provide guidance, emotional support, and crisis intervention as needed.
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate services and supports.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; equivalent training or certifications may be accepted.
- Previous experience and training are desired but not necessary.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical ability to assist individuals with ambulation and transfers.
