Job Overview
MLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized operations clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with account review and document drafting, data management, and other administrative tasks.
Duties
- Account review
- Data entry and management
- Assist with drafting documents
- Review documents for accuracy
- Communicate with team members to manage daily tasks
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and email etiquette
- Previous experience as a legal assistant is a plus
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately at a minimum of 40 wpm
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Minimum one year commitment
