Mountain Land Physical Therapy is looking for a Physician Liaison to strengthen our relationships with referring providers and support front office operations as needed. This role is ideal for a people-focused professional who enjoys both outreach and in-clinic interaction. What Does Your Role Look Like?
Connect and Support – Regularly check in with clinic directors to understand what they need to grow their practice and move toward anchor clinic status. Organize appreciation efforts such as lunches, barbecues, Christmas gifts, and March Madness activities to promote our services and foster community and provider relationships.
Drive Clinic Growth – Serve as a key player in supporting referral volume through outreach, relationship-building, and accountability tracking. Manage and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, attorneys, and other medical professionals. Hold clinic directors accountable to referral strategies and growth goals. Analyze referral data and generate strategic action plans.
Manage Your Day – Self-direct your schedule to meet all responsibilities and ensure a strong presence both inside and outside the clinic. Coordinate with internal teams, including the marketing department, to create effective promotional material. Attend monthly clinic director meetings and weekly public relations meetings.

Requirements
- Personable and professional with strong communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and take initiative.
- Comfortable interacting with physicians, staff, and clinic directors.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and track performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Willing to jump in and help the clinic team when needed.
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
$15 - $18 per hour
