Marketing Assistant

Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners (MLPT) is hiring a Marketing Assistant to support our internal marketing team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a high-performing, purpose-driven company.

What Does Your Role Look Like?

• Marketing Support and Coordination – Assist with marketing projects, social media scheduling, basic design tasks, and administrative support. You’ll help the team stay organized and on track.
• Be a Self-Starter – You’ll be expected to take initiative, stay organized, and know when to ask for direction or clarification.
• Collaborate with a Focused Team – Work directly with our in-house marketing lead and other team members to deliver consistent messaging and quality content.

Location and Hours: This is a full-time, benefited positions Monday - Friday, based in our Salt Lake City headquarters (On-site). Benefits include PTO, medical insurance, 401K, wellness incentive, flexible hours, as well as dozens of other benefits.
