What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate - Dermatology Medical Office position at Mountain Laurel Dermatology?
We are seeking a part-time Front Office Associate to join our growing dermatology team. We are a well established privately owned and operated practice with a strong presence in Clyde and Asheville.
Mountain Laurel Dermatology is looking for a hard-working, dependable, and energetic individual to join our practice. The ideal candidate has experience greeting patients, insurance knowledge, answering telephone, scheduling appointment, and can multi-task. EMA/Modernizing Medicine software experience is a plus. Maintains a close working relationship with providers and staff to accomplish proper scheduling protocols.
Additional responsibilities include: scanning paperwork, travel to both office locations (Clyde and Asheville), checking voicemails and returning calls, checking in and out patients.
